While being an integral part of our Client Services team, the Project Manager is accountable for project coordination, client relations and team leadership. This is a client facing role and will involve gathering all information for project set up, ensuring that all tools and technologies are available, and that execution is flawless. This role requires competency in all aspects of marketing and sales, and the ability to conduct appropriate and professional client communications, as well as ultimate responsibility for documenting project and client details in our CRM.
- End-to-end project organization, from initial scope development through to post-mortem analysis and wrap-up
- Manage setup and training for new campaigns, including database setup and process flows, messaging and training
- Act as a direct extension of our clients’ marketing and sales teams; develop project performance targets and goals in conjunction with the client and leadership team
- Ensure projects are appropriately organized and scheduled and all deliverables, deadlines and established goals are met or exceeded
- Development, refinement, organization and launch of project related materials and supporting tools
- Creation, delivery, and analysis of project reports
- Act as a leader and mentor to team members; ensure they meet and exceed daily required output levels and master internal technology and marketing techniques
- Perform quality control to ensure data and client facing content meets acceptable standards
- Maintain client, project, and invoicing information
- Participate in management meetings, training and other related activities
- Other duties as required
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in Business, Marketing or Communications is preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a fast paced B2B sales environment; focusing on complex sales processes and technologies
- 1-2 years’ experience in project coordination or management is preferred
- Ability to coach team members on sales and marketing best practices
- Entrepreneurial approach to business
- Exceptional skills in reporting and data analysis; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of CRM applications; direct experience with Salesforce.com (asset)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
